Concord Enviro Systems Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The standalone net profit stood at Rs. 18.80 million for the quarter and Rs. 166 million for the year, with total income of Rs. 2409.5 million and Rs. 5992.8 million respectively. Consolidated net profit after tax was Rs. 471.31 million for the quarter and Rs. 514.93 million for the year despite losses from discontinued operations. The IPO raised Rs. 175 Cr (net), with Rs. 64.45 Cr used mainly for subsidiary investments, capex, working capital, and growth. Mr. Anish Goel is appointed Group CFO from June. Auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP provided clean opinions.
