Automotive Axles reported quarterly revenue of ₹568 Cr (flat YoY after commodity impact) and FY25 revenue of ₹2,104 Cr, down 6.2%. EBITDA margin improved to 12.7% in Q4 and 11.9% for FY25, driven by cost control and a premium product mix. New agreement with Meritor India from FY26 aims at single-digit top-line growth via direct OEM sales. MHCV volumes are soft, but value per axle is up 13-25% due to upgraded and EV-ready platforms. Capex of ~₹120 Cr is focused on manufacturing upgrades and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Exports via Meritor are targeted to grow post-FY27. EBITDA gains in FY26 will be modest amid a weak industry, but operational efficiencies and new launches support steady margin expansion. Electric bus axle volumes and new OEM collaborations are in focus, with a 5-year vision toward ₹5,000 Cr revenue. Management remains cautiously optimistic, emphasizing operational transformation and strategic growth.
