MM Forgings Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MM Forgings has announced a board meeting on the approval of the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. For FY25, consolidated revenue was ₹1,547.82 Cr, with EBITDA at ₹318.78 Cr and PAT at ₹121.86 Cr. Exports rose to ₹563 Cr, forming 39% of sales despite a tough auto market. The company pumped ₹375 Cr into fixed assets to boost capacity. A final dividend of ₹4 per share is proposed. Shri V. Shankar is appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years.
