Ramky Infrastructure Limited — Board Meeting, 24-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Ramky Infrastructure has announced a board meeting on 24.05.2025 approving its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with clean audit reports. Consolidated revenue was ₹488.9 Cr for the quarter and ₹2,044.5 Cr for the year, with a quarterly loss of ₹3.3 Cr but annual net profit of ₹210.5 Cr. Standalone profit was ₹9.6 Cr for the quarter and ₹265.2 Cr for the year. The board approved writing off ₹33.7 Cr of bad receivables and reversed ₹12.5 Cr in liabilities. The company filed for merger of two subsidiaries into the parent and continues to pursue the sale of its Visakha Pharmacity stake, expected to close in FY26 despite buyer conditions. No dividend declared.
