Ganesha Ecosphere Limited — Important, 24-05-2025: General Updates

Ganesha Ecosphere has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted a record FY25 performance with consolidated revenue of Rs. 1465 Cr (up 31% YoY), EBITDA at Rs. 211 Cr (up 53%), and PAT at Rs. 103 Cr (up 154%). Production increased 20% to 1.56 lakh tons with standalone capacity utilization at 99%. Growth was driven by subsidiary businesses and a strategic shift toward high-margin rPET granules and filament yarn, offsetting margin pressures in the rPSF segment.
