Tarsons Products has announced a board meeting on changes in its Board composition. Mrs. Divya Sameer Momaya has joined as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for five years, bringing over 22 years of expertise in corporate governance and consulting. She will serve on the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committees. Mrs. Sucharita Basu De resigned from the Board and all committees due to personal reasons. The Audit and Nomination and Remuneration Committees have been restructured following these changes.
