Finolex Industries has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹1,171.81 Cr, with net profit after tax at ₹150.26 Cr. Consolidated net profit after tax stood at ₹164.90 Cr for the quarter. For the full year, standalone net profit was ₹777.86 Cr, and consolidated net profit was ₹800.03 Cr. The Board proposed a total dividend of ₹3.60 per share, including final and special dividends, subject to shareholder approval. An exceptional gain of ₹416.99 Cr was recorded from the transfer of leasehold land rights in Pune.
