Kolte-Patil Developers posted record annual income of Rs. 1,764 crore (up 27% YoY) with collections at Rs. 2,432 crore (up 18%). EBITDA jumped 252% to Rs. 227 crore, and PAT turned positive at Rs. 106.6 crore versus last year’s loss. FY25 sales reached Rs. 2,791 crore, driven by an 8% increase in average realizations. The company added new projects worth ~Rs. 4,000 crore GDV and secured a 22-acre joint development in Pune (~Rs. 4,000 crore GDV), strengthening its growth pipeline.
