Salzer Electronics has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Q4 revenue rose 15.1% YoY to ₹365.59 Cr, with EBITDA at ₹26.18 Cr and PAT of ₹8.23 Cr, weighed down by start-up costs in its new smart meter segment. FY25 standalone revenue grew 21.8% to ₹1,382.93 Cr, and PAT increased 44.2% to ₹62.26 Cr, helped by a ₹15.18 Cr gain from investment sales. The company won a ₹192 Cr smart lighting order from BBMP, strengthening its smart city business.
