B&A Limited has announced a board meeting on 24 May 2025 where it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported a standalone profit of Rs. 197.35 lakh for the year, reversing a previous loss, with revenues at Rs. 13,431.26 lakh. Consolidated profit stood at Rs. 1,102.49 lakh on revenues of Rs. 26,435.04 lakh. The tea segment incurred losses, while its packaging business remained profitable. The board appointed Mr. Gauri Prosad Sarma as an Independent Director for five years, appointed Ms. Binita Pandey as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and approved new statutory and secretarial auditors for a five-year term starting 2025-26. The statutory auditor’s report was unmodified.
