B&A Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31 March 2025. The company reported standalone revenue of Rs 14,993.31 lakh and consolidated revenue of Rs 28,037.58 lakh for the year. While standalone profit before tax was Rs 51.85 lakh, consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 1,340.04 lakh. The board appointed Mr. Gauri Prosad Sarma as an Additional Independent Director for five years, Ms. Binita Pandey as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, and approved M/s Salarpuria & Partners as the new Statutory Auditor and M/s T. Chatterjee & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, both for five years starting FY 2025-26. The statutory auditors issued unmodified reports on the financial results.
