Kundan Edifice Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kundan Edifice has announced a board meeting on 24th May 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue rose to ₹98.65 Cr from ₹89.27 Cr last year. Profit before tax jumped to ₹10.53 Cr, up from ₹4.36 Cr, while net profit more than doubled to ₹7.86 Cr versus ₹3 Cr previously. The audit report was clean. The company remains focused on its LED lights manufacturing business, managing working capital well despite higher capital spending.
