Welspun Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Welspun Enterprises has announced a board meeting on leadership renewals. Mr. Balkrishan Goenka will be re-appointed as Executive Chairman for one year from June 1, 2025, while Mr. Sandeep Garg will continue as Managing Director for the same period. Both appointments will be put forward for shareholder approval at the AGM. Goenka has been pivotal to Welspun’s growth over 27 years, and Garg brings 40+ years of experience in infrastructure and project management.
