Suraj Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Suraj Limited has announced a board meeting on key decisions. Consolidated revenue for the quarter and half-year stood at Rs. 237.42 Cr, down from Rs. 330.67 Cr last year, while consolidated PAT declined to Rs. 13.30 Cr from Rs. 21.52 Cr. Borrowings increased to Rs. 64.08 Cr, with inventory rising to Rs. 52.33 Cr. Mr. Gunvantkumar Tarachand Shah is re-appointed as Whole-time Director & Vice Chairman for three years till March 2026. The company also appointed new secretarial, internal, and cost auditors for FY26. The 32nd AGM is set for July 9, 2025.
