The audit report was unmodified, reflecting clean financials. The company appointed new internal auditors and secretarial auditors for FY 2025-26. Remuneration for both the Chairman & MD and Joint MD & CFO has been increased to Rs. 15 lakh per month plus commission up to 5% of PAT, effective June.
