Sundaram Finance has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. AUM grew 17% to Rs. 51,476 Cr, with disbursements up 9% in FY25. Operating profit jumped 29%, while net profit after tax increased 6% to Rs. 1,543 Cr. Asset quality remains solid with net stage 3 assets at 0.75%. The company declared a final dividend of Rs. 21 per share. Cost-to-income ratio improved, and capital adequacy is strong at 20.4%.
