Rishi Techtex Ltd — Updates, 26-05-2025: Company Update

Rishi Techtex Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting total income of Rs. 35.66 Cr for the quarter and Rs. 125.93 Cr for the year, with a profit after tax of Rs. 1.08 Cr and Rs. 2.30 Cr respectively. The board has not declared any dividend for the year. The statutory auditors have given an unmodified opinion on the audited financials. M/s VSSK & Co. has been re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and M/s Sudhanwa S. Kalamkar & Associates is proposed to be appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
