Quarterly revenue was ₹69.15 Cr with a profit before tax of ₹4.17 Cr and net profit of ₹3.24 Cr. The board appointed Mr. Hardik Kumar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Tathagata Sarkar as CFO, both effective immediately. Statutory Auditors Parin Patwari & Co. resigned due to winding up their proprietorship amid management changes.
