Yatharth Hospital has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The chain expanded capacity through acquisitions in Delhi (~300 beds) and Faridabad (~400 beds), aiming for Q1 FY26 operationalization. FY25 revenue rose 880.5 Cr, up 31% YoY, supported by 61% occupancy and 8% ARPOB growth. Noida Extension and Jhansi-Orchha hospitals drove growth, with rapid ramp-up in Faridabad. Oncology tripled its share, boosting margins. A Rs. 625 Cr QIP fundraise strengthened the balance sheet for ongoing expansion and integration.
