Insolation Energy Limited has announced a board meeting. The company confirms there is no deviation or variation in the use of proceeds from its preferential issue raised in December 2024, amounting to Rs. 395.19 Cr. Funds have been utilized as planned, primarily for investment in its subsidiary to set up a new unit in Rajasthan and for general corporate purposes. The slight reduction from the originally planned Rs. 402 Cr reflects non-participation by some allottees but has not affected fund deployment. The Audit Committee and auditors found no issues in the utilization of funds.
