Orchid Pharma Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Orchid Pharma has announced a board meeting on May 26, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue increased to ₹952 Cr from ₹850 Cr year-on-year, with net profit up to ₹99.7 Cr from ₹92.2 Cr. EBITDA gains came from better cost control. The company raised ₹392 Cr through a Qualified Institutional Placement, using the proceeds for debt repayment, capacity expansion, and corporate purposes. Orchid is also moving to merge its holding company, Dhanuka Laboratories, to simplify operations.
