The new 158-bed Raipur hospital started under an asset-light model, targeting breakeven within 24 months. Existing hospitals grew ARPOB by 8-16%, driven by oncology, cardiology, and robotic surgeries. Management expects 15% annual revenue growth led by new hospitals and specialty services, with EBITDA margin around 22.5-23%, accounting for ramp-up losses and 7-8% cost inflation.
