GACM Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GACM Technologies has announced a board meeting outcome approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenues surged to ₹1,457.67 lakh from ₹751.39 lakh YoY, with net profit jumping nearly 4x to ₹412.49 lakh. Standalone net profit also rose sharply to ₹371.46 lakh. The company’s balance sheet shows strong asset and equity growth following a major capital raise, with equity share capital now at ₹7,987.93 lakh. Operating cash flow is negative due to investments and working capital, but financing inflows are bolstering liquidity. Subsidiary GAYIADI Fintech added positively to consolidated earnings.
