Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 1,457.67 lakh, with net profit surging to Rs 412.49 lakh from Rs 113.34 lakh last year. Its subsidiary contributed Rs 161.02 lakh in revenue and Rs 41.03 lakh in profit. The company is ramping up investments in intangible and fixed assets, signaling expansion moves. Though operating cash flow remains negative due to higher working capital, a fresh equity infusion of Rs 39.94 Cr has solidified the balance sheet.
