Venus Pipes & Tubes posted Q4 revenue of Rs. 258 Cr (+15.2% YoY) and FY25 revenue at Rs. 959 Cr (+19.5%). EBITDA grew 14.6% to Rs. 168 Cr with 18% margins, while PAT increased 8.1% to Rs. 93 Cr. Sales of seamless pipes/tubes rose 18%, welded pipes/tubes 12%. The company added 3,600 MTPA of new value-added welded tubes capacity and secured a Rs. 190 Cr order for stainless steel seamless boiler tubes. Export volumes more than tripled, expanding reach in Europe, US, and Middle East markets.
