ACME Solar has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

ACME Solar doubled operational capacity to ~2,700 MW in FY’25, adding 1,200 MW solar and advancing 450 MW ready-to-commission projects. The total portfolio nears 7 GW, with 4.3 GW under construction and 2.2 GW signed PPAs. The company secured ₹16,500 Cr debt and refinanced ₹7,700 Cr at reduced costs. Operational plants reported a strong 25.6% CUF, generating 401 crore units (+55% YoY). FY’25 revenue rose 32% to ₹1,575 Cr, EBITDA grew 43% to ₹1,400 Cr (margin >89%), and PAT jumped 290% to ₹251 Cr. Battery storage forms a core part of new projects, with commissioning starting Q2 FY’26. Management highlighted disciplined execution, cautious bidding, and growth through hybrid projects and storage scaling.
