RDB Rasayans Ltd has announced a board meeting on 26th May 2025 where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 31st March 2025. The company reported total income of Rs. 14,837.00 lacs and a profit after tax of Rs. 3,594.31 lacs for the year. It began a new trading segment dealing in raw materials related to its principal manufacturing activities. The IPO proceeds utilization includes Rs. 1005.52 lacs spent on plant & machinery and Rs. 498.49 lacs for general corporate purposes, with the balance invested in fixed deposits and mutual funds. Mrs. Mausami Sengupta has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The audit report was issued with an unmodified opinion.
