    Sagility India Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 26-05-2025: Offer for sale

    Sagility B.V. is selling up to 346.1 million shares (7.39% stake) of Sagility India at a floor price of ₹38/share via NSE and BSE. An additional 356.9 million shares (7.62%) may be sold if oversubscription kicks in, taking total sale up to 15.02% of equity. This will substantially increase the public float, potentially improving liquidity. IIFL Capital Services is the broker handling the sale.
