IndoStar Capital Finance raised ₹250 Cr by allotting 25,000 senior secured NCDs at ₹1 lakh each via private placement. These 9.60% coupon NCDs mature in 21 months with annual interest payouts and principal repayment at maturity. The issue strengthens debt capital and boosts lending capacity without diluting equity or affecting promoter holding.
