Rajputana Biodiesel Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Rajputana Biodiesel has announced a board meeting on May 26, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for FY25. Revenue stood at ₹67.31 Cr, with pre-tax profit of ₹7.53 Cr and net profit of ₹5.92 Cr. EPS post-bonus is ₹10.29. The board is moving ahead with environmental clearances to increase biodiesel capacity to 90 KL/day at Phulera. Since its Dec 2024 IPO, ₹15.93 Cr of the ₹24.7 Cr raised has been deployed mainly for subsidiary growth, working capital, and issue expenses, leaving ₹8.77 Cr unutilized.
