K M Sugar Mills Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 665 Cr with net profit after tax rising to Rs. 35.55 Cr from Rs. 28.09 Cr year-on-year. Earnings per share came in at Rs. 3.86. The Board approved the re-appointment of Shri Bibhas Kumar Srivastav as Independent Director for another five-year term, pending shareholder approval, and appointed M/s Aman Malviya & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26.
