K M Sugar Mills Ltd. has announced a board meeting on approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company posted revenue of Rs. 666.38 Cr and net profit rose to Rs. 35.55 Cr from Rs. 28.09 Cr last year. EPS improved to Rs. 3.86 from Rs. 3.05. The board approved re-appointing Shri Bibhas Kumar Srivastav as Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder nod. Aman Malviya & Associates were appointed as cost auditors for FY 2025-26.
