Optiemus Infracom Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Optiemus Infracom has announced a board meeting where it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue jumped to ₹1,889.99 Cr from ₹1,527.72 Cr year-on-year. Profit before tax was ₹73.34 Cr, slightly down from ₹76.08 Cr, while net profit rose 10% to ₹63.33 Cr. Earnings per share stood at ₹7.37 (Basic). The board reappointed Rohit Kishan Garg & Co. as internal auditors and brought in S.K. Batra & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years.
