Optiemus Infracom Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Optiemus Infracom has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue soared to ₹1,889.99 Cr, with net profit rising to ₹63.33 Cr from ₹57.56 Cr last year. EPS came in at ₹7.37. Both trading & distribution and manufacturing segments delivered strong profitability. The board re-appointed M/s. Rohit Kishan Garg & Co. as Internal Auditors and brought in M/s. S.K. Batra & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the next five years starting FY26.
