The Southern Gas Limited has announced a board meeting resulting in key leadership changes. M/s M.B. Rama Bhat & Associates and SBRVANDCO have been re-appointed as internal auditors for Karnataka and Kerala units, respectively, for FY 2025-26. Mr. Nagweelar Shekchar Madhulr will join as Chief Finance Officer from June 7, 2025, succeeding Mr. Shahidhar Dattanand Haridass, who retires on June 6. Additionally, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Ms. Nirzaa Kesarwani has resigned effective May 31, 2025.
