VL E-Governance & IT Solutions has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue grew 30.7% YoY to Rs. 5.66 Cr in Q4 FY25, with EBITDA losses narrowing significantly. Despite a large provision for expected credit losses impacting net worth, it remains healthy at Rs. 45.7 Cr. New leadership is refocusing strategy for growth. The company secured an EPC MoU for the ₹800 Cr Sankalp Industrial Smart City project and plans expansions into renewable energy, aviation, aerospace, and defense through acquisitions or JVs, targeting large government e-governance and infrastructure bids.
