The Southern Gas Limited has announced a board meeting in which it re-appointed M/s M.B. Rama Bhat & Associates and SBRVANDCO as internal auditors for its Karnataka and Kerala units respectively for FY 2025-26. Mr. Nagweldar Shekchar Madhular has been appointed as the new Chief Finance Officer effective June 7, 2025, succeeding Mr. Shahidhar Dattanand Haridass, who will retire on June 6, 2025. The company also noted the resignation of Ms. Nirzara Kesarwani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective May 31, 2025.
