Adinath Exim Resources has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, confirming an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The Board adopted an amended code for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information. Mrs. Vidhi Shail Savla’s designation changed from Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel to Promoter Non-Executive Director. Mr. Bharat Jethalal Suthar resigned as CFO, succeeded by Mr. Jayprakash Labhshankar Raval, who brings 25 years of finance and management experience. Ms. Pinkal Parva Mehta was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Key managerial personnel for disclosures and materiality determination were authorized accordingly.
