SoftTech Engineers has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue jumped nearly 19% YoY to INR 93.35 Cr, with Q4 revenue up 81% YoY to INR 28.86 Cr. EBITDA margin eased to 27% due to new provisions on receivables, reflecting tighter credit risk controls. Growth in subsidiaries, particularly in the AEC vertical and German market entry, is gaining traction. Governance strengthened with re-appointment of an independent director and new secretarial and internal auditors.
