Bhatia Communications & Retail (India) Limited has announced a board meeting on which the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year were approved, showing a revenue growth to Rs. 442.72 Cr from Rs. 413.79 Cr last year and a profit after tax rise to Rs. 13.82 Cr from Rs. 11.52 Cr. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re. 0.01 per share, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Mittal as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The audited results received an unmodified opinion from the statutory auditors.
