Adinath Exim Resources has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board adopted an amended Code of Practices for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, now available on the company’s website. Mrs. Vidhi Shail Savla resigned as Whole-Time Director (Promoter and Executive) and continues as a Promoter Non-Executive Director. Mr. Bharat Jethalal Suthar resigned as CFO due to health reasons, with Mr. Jayprakash Labhshankar Raval appointed as the new CFO. Ms. Pinkal Parva Mehta joined as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Key managerial personnel have been authorized for materiality assessment and disclosures to stock exchanges.
