Adinath Exim Resources Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, accompanied by an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The Board adopted an amended Code of Practices for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information. Mrs. Vidhi Shail Savla resigned as Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel and continues as a Promoter Non-Executive Director. Mr. Bharat Jethalal Suthar resigned as CFO for health reasons, succeeded by Mr. Jayprakash Labhshankar Raval, who brings 25 years of finance and management experience. Ms. Pinkal Parva Mehta was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Ms. Foram Sagar Bhuva. Key managerial personnel have been authorized for materiality assessment and disclosures to stock exchanges.
