Adinath Exim Resources has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, accompanied by an unmodified auditor’s opinion. The board adopted an amended Code for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. Mrs. Vidhi Shail Savla resigned as Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel, continuing as a Promoter and Non-Executive Director. Mr. Bharat Jethalal Suthar resigned as CFO due to health reasons; Mr. Jayprakash Labhshankar Raval was appointed CFO and KMP. Ms. Pinkal Parva Mehta was appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Key managerial personnel have been authorized to determine materiality and disclosures to exchanges.
