The company reported profit before tax of ₹306.34 lakhs for the quarter and ₹135.29 lakhs for the half-year, a significant turnaround from losses reported in the previous year. Profit after tax stood at ₹228.86 lakhs and ₹100.39 lakhs, respectively. The Board also re-appointed M/s. Prachi Bansal & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and Mr. Omprakash Luthra as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The audit report carried a modified opinion.
