    Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 3,92,436 equity shares to employees under its ESOP 2016 and ESOP 2019 schemes. The fully paid-up shares, each with a face value of Re. 1, raised the company’s paid-up equity capital from Rs. 17.82 Cr to Rs. 17.86 Cr. These shares will be listed on NSE and BSE, supporting employee incentives and reinforcing stakeholder alignment.
