7NR Retail Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a Rights Issue of 2.8 Cr equity shares at Rs. 10 each, on a 1:1 basis for existing shareholders, potentially doubling the equity base and raising up to Rs. 28 Cr. The authorised share capital will increase from Rs. 28.01 Cr to Rs. 56.05 Cr to accommodate this. The company appointed M/s. S S R V & Associates, Mumbai, as the new statutory auditor following the resignation of the previous auditor. Additionally, new secretarial and internal auditors were appointed. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened via virtual means to approve these decisions.
