7NR Retail Ltd — Updates, 26-05-2025: Company Update

7NR Retail Limited has announced a board meeting approving a Rights Issue of 2.8 crore equity shares at Rs. 10 each, raising Rs. 28 Cr, with entitlement of one new share for every fully paid share held. The authorised share capital will increase to Rs. 56.05 Cr divided into 5.6 crore shares. M/s. S S R V & Associates, Mumbai, have been appointed as the new statutory auditor for FY 2025-26, replacing the resigning auditor. M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates will conduct the secretarial audit for FY 2024-25, and M/s. Umesh Khese & Co. will serve as internal auditors for FY 2025-26. An EGM is planned via video conference for shareholders' approval.
