Adinath Exim Resources Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board approved the audited standalone financials and took note of an unmodified auditors’ report by Mahendra N. Shah & Co. Key management changes include the resignation of Mrs. Vidhi Shail Savla as Whole-Time Director and her continuation as Promoter Non-Executive Director, resignation of CFO Mr. Bharat Jethalal Suthar due to health reasons, and appointments of Mr. Jayprakash Labhshankar Raval as new CFO and Ms. Pinkal Parva Mehta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Board also amended the Code of Practices for fair disclosure and authorized specific KMPs for materiality assessment and disclosures.
