Lyka Labs has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with auditors giving an unmodified opinion. The company appointed Ms. Archana Yadav as an Additional Independent Woman Director and re-appointed Yogesh Shah as Whole-time Director for three years, both pending shareholder approval. M/s. Rajaram M Walavalakar & Co. will replace M/s. Sarvottam Rege & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26. M/s.
