Naturo Agrotech India Limited disclosed a tax demand of ₹38.12 lakh for AY 2023–24 linked to discrepancies arising from a serious financial fraud. An FIR reports that three individuals forged company signatures and misappropriated around ₹8 crore from the company’s bank accounts without management’s knowledge or consent. The company regrets an inadvertent delay in disclosing the tax demand and states the matter is under police investigation.
